Two guests came to our company to audit a project yesterday, and they will spend 3 days here, yesterday I accompanied them spending a day in one of our subcontractor's workshop, the administration there is not good enough ,but I am impressed by the self-confidence expressed by the managers of this company,I have heard of their lacking of systematical management ,which is the common weakness of non-governmental owned enterprise , I also heard that they were forced to improve their administration system after our repetitive requests, although it still needs many improvements. our subcontractor only prepared for 3 parts to be audited while the number should be 7 as scheduled. The audit was completed smoothly and ended at around 4 p.m. , then the manager drove car herself and sent us to our guests' new hotel.
our manager accompanied auditors today in my company , I don't know the exact process ,they spend very long time in auditing , we invited them for the supper in the same hotel where they checked in yesterday. they are good people, they are moderate and we drank a little wine, the atmosphere is ok.
tomorrow morning I will accompany them for half a day, wish everything will proceed smoothly.
